I have over 20 years of successful experience helping non-profit art, educational, and cultural organizations attain their goals. My expertise is entrepreneurial in nature, and centered upon assisting nonprofits face difficult challenges, manage strategic changes, and build partnerships that benefit the organization’s constituents.
I also have 15 years of experience in retail business operations where I honed my leadership skills to increase sales and profitability, improve customer service, and successfully manage financial and human resources.

The Executive Director is a vital center of the organization who communicates, consults and advises the organization’s volunteer leaders on key issues. Arts Education Accreditation and Federal Student Aid
Elucidating the steps to become an accredited arts organization is in itself a creative process. It can be a long, difficult and time consuming journey but I can take you through the process step by step to completion. Recognition by an accreditor approved by the U.S. Department of Education is a required step to participate in Federal Student Aid programs.
Preparing for participating in Federal Student Aid programs can also be a difficult, arcane process with myriad government regulations, policies, procedures that seem to be an insurmountable administration burden. However, I can demystify the governmental requirements, save time and money up front by avoiding costly mistakes and help establish your new Financial Aid Department to best serve your students and ensure compliance with the regulations.
